The compound represented by the general formula (I) is administered to a subject suffering from diabetes or obesity.In the formula (I), R1and R2independently represent an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or phenyl group, and arbitrary hydrogen atoms on the aliphatic hydrocarbon group and the phenyl group may be replaced by halogen, X1represents halogen, and X2represents hydrogen or halogen.
