ABSTRACT:
Relief images can be formed in photographic elements having a tanning developing agent incorporated therein. The tanning developing agents have the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each an alkyl group of at least 3 carbon atoms, or an aryl group,
After exposure, the material is treated with an alkaline solution and unhardened areas are removed.
