ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a resilient material lined stator and method of forming. A method of forming a resilient material lined stator can include disposing a resilient material tube400with a profiled helical inner surface401into the bore of a body420. A cast material410can be disposed therebetween. The cast material410can bond to the body420to form a resilient material lined stator or the body420can be removed. The cast material310can include a conduit312or conductor314extending therethrough. The cast material310can include a pathway316formed therethrough. The resilient material can be an elastomer.
