ABSTRACT:
A foam having an internal structure comprising vertical walls, formed by curing individual rows of foam and subsequently layering multiple rows of foam to produce a billet or core is shown for use in the core of a structure where improved resistance to compression is desired, such as in the core of a surfboard, sailboard, or the like.
