ABSTRACT:
A method of forming a sheet of material into a flower pot or flower pot cover comprising means for engaging portions of the sheet of material and forming pleats in predetermined portions of the sheet of material having a predetermined shape whereby the formed flower pot or flower pot cover has pleats in predetermined portions and of predetermined shapes.

It is also known to shape a sheet of shape-sustaining wrapping material, such as foil, to a pot using a board with a central hole, the diameter being greater than the diameter of the pot, by pushing the pot through the hole pulling the wrapping through the hole so that the wrapping is gathered around the pot.
