ABSTRACT:
A method of fabricating a printed circuit board efficiently within a short time is disclosed. Two areas R1and R2to fabricate two printed circuit boards are assigned to a single original board5from which a plurality of boards are available. A first automatic mounting area1where the chip parts are mounted to obtain one printed circuit board is set in the area R1. A second automatic mounting area2where the chip parts are mounted to obtain another printed circuit board is set in the area R2. An automatic mounting range3, including the two automatic mounting areas1and2, is set in a predetermined range of the original board5in such a manner as to correspond to the range where the chip parts mounter carries out the work of mounting the chip parts.
