ABSTRACT:
To provide an airtight terminal and a piezoelectric vibrator having a strong rigidity of a lead despite a small-sized constitution, and provide a method of fabricating an airtight terminal constituting a lead penetrating inside of a stem by one piece and a piezoelectric vibrator with an excellent yield. A stem11filled with a filling member13is penetrated only with one piece of a lead12formed from a lead frame. As an electric terminal, a conductive lead16connected to the stem11is provided other than the lead12. The lead12and the conductive lead16of an airtight terminal10constituted by the stem11, the lead12, the filling member13, the conductive lead16are connected to a piezoelectric vibrating piece20, further, the stem11is capped to a case30to thereby constitute a piezoelectric vibrator1.
