ABSTRACT:
Antibodies specifically reactive with an abnormally phosphorylated peptide comprising SEQ ID NO: 3 wherein a serine in SEQ ID NO: 3 is abnormally phosphorylated are provided. Methods of detecting abnormally phosphorylated .tau. in a test sample and methods of diagnosing Alzheimer's Disease with these antibodies are also provided.
