ABSTRACT:
A method of inhibiting an ethylene response in a plant is disclosed herein. The method comprises applying to the plant an effective ethylene response-inhibiting amount of diazocyclopentadiene (DACP). Derivatives of DACP given by Formula (I) below may also be employed: ##STR1## wherein: n is from 1 to 4; and
