ABSTRACT:
Hydrogen sulfide is decomposed to elemental sulfur in an electrical discharge. In one embodiment of the invention the H.sub.2 S decomposition rate is substantially increased when the decomposition is effected in the presence of polymeric chlorotrifluoroethylene.
