ABSTRACT:
A metallic ion sorber capable of absoring ions of a metal excluding iron and cobalt and a method of sorbing ions of a metal excluding iron and cobalt are disclosed. The sorber comprises an ethylene copolymer containing from 40 to 95% by weight of ethylene and from 5 to 60% by weight of at least one of aminoalkyl acrylate compounds represented by formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group;
