ABSTRACT:
A method for producing high yields of aryl substituted esters of the formula ##STR1## by reacting sterically hindered phenols with a stoichiometric excess of an olefinic ester in the presence of a base catalyst at a temperature in the range of 150.degree. to 250.degree. C.
