ABSTRACT:
A process for preparing highly branched ethylene polymers comprises polymerizing ethylene over a catalyst system comprising a compound of the formula Ia or Iband an activator, where the process is carried out at from 40 to 110° C. and a pressure of from 10 to 100 bar.
