ABSTRACT:
There is disclosed a method for processing a silver halide color photographic material with a color developer and thereafter desilvering, wherein the silver halide color photographic material has a thickness of dried coatings of 15 .mu.m or less and the color developer comprises an anionic surface-active agent and a hydroxylamine compound. According to the disclosure staining in the unexposed part of the photographic material can be remarkably improved even in a continuous processing.
