ABSTRACT:
A method for producing cellular fibronectin, said method comprising incubating fibronectin-producing cells in a fibronectin production medium comprising: (a) 1.0-3.5 g/L bicarbonate salt; (b) 1.0-5.0 g/L glucose; (c) 10-30 .mu.g/L dexamethasone; (d) 1-10 g/L hydrolyzed protein; and (e) 5-15 .mu.g/L insulin.
