ABSTRACT:
Aniline may be prepared by reaction of nitrobenzene and vinylcyclohexene at 170.degree. C.-300.degree. C., typically 200.degree. C., in the presence of a homogeneous catalyst typified by IrCl(CO)(Ph.sub.3 P).sub.2.
