ABSTRACT:
Perfluorotetrahyrofuran derivatives are produced by electrolytically fluorinating in hydrofluoric anhydride either monocarboxylic acids having a total of from 6 to 16 carbon atoms and possessing a side chain on the .alpha. carbon atom or derivatives thereof.
