ABSTRACT:
An artifact usable in-vivo in general or buccal surgery of the type in which a metallic armature is covered with a coating layer of a biocompatible compound.
The compound is insulating, refractory, amorphous and non porous, and the thickness of the coating layer is between 100 A.degree. and 0.5 micron, whereby the coating layer is adapted for supporting without cracks the deformations of the artifact during the clinical phase.
