ABSTRACT:
Fiber-containing cement mortar and concrete are improved by adding a salt of a .beta.-naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde high condensate when the ingredients of the fiber-containing cement mortar or concrete are mixed in order to improve the workability of the fresh fiber-containing cement mortar or concrete whereby the physical properties of the resulting hardened cement mortar or concrete are improved.
