ABSTRACT:
A method for improving interleukin-2 induced lymphocyte killing of cancer cells comprises administering to a patient having cancer an effective amount of at least one aci-reductone compound containing a --C(OH).dbd.C(OH)--C.dbd.O redox functionality or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof together with a physiologically acceptable carrier or excipient.
