A pigment formulation and its method of application to multi-filamentous net or mesh to generate an image that is visible from only one side of the multi-filamentous net or mesh is provided. The pigment formulation may comprise of either a paint or an ink composition, which is applied manually onto multi-filamentous nets or mesh.
