ABSTRACT:
A method is described for identifying, localizing and treating tumors in a patient. The method comprises assaying extracellular fluids, isolated from a patient, for the presence of elevated levels of ring shaped particles (RSP). The assay employs binding labeled RSP specific binding agent to the RSP.
