ABSTRACT:
Branched aminoalkanephosphonic acids, i.e. compounds containing at least one alkyl substituent in the .alpha.-position to the phosphonic acid group are used for controlling phytopathogenic fungi by applying an effective amount of the compound to seed or foliage.
