ABSTRACT:
A method (200) of categorizing and prioritizing a phone call for a recipient's phone number can include the steps of defining (205) a set of rules for a predetermined caller or a group of predetermined callers and assigning (210) a code to the set of rules. The method can further include the steps of receiving (220) a call containing the code appended by a caller to the recipient's phone number and routing (235or245) the call in accordance with the set of rules.
