ABSTRACT:
1. A method for reducing the reflections of electromagnetic wave energy f material surfaces comprising applying to said material surface a radioactive substance for producing a cloud of electrons in the space enclosing said surface in sufficient quantity and so distributed as to produce a relatively uniform surface activity of an average value in the order of 10 curies per square centimeter.
