ABSTRACT:
A bladed cylindrical member with high pressure fluid jet nozzles cuts and sweeps aquatic foreign matter from the inside surface of underwater pipes. The method for removing the foreign matter includes reciprocally pulling the device through the pipe and injecting high pressure air into a containment area to force any extricated foreign matter to the surface.
