ABSTRACT:
The invention provides methods and compositions for maintaining a state of wellness in a human by providing a dietary supplement comprising L-arginine, alone or in combination with either ginseng orginkgo bilobaor the combination of all three. The composition may be provided in a carrier base such as an edible food. Optionally additional nutritional supplements may be combined. The invention provides a unique blend of components that, in combination, synergistically bestow sexual wellness upon a human when taken regularly as a dietary supplement.
