ABSTRACT:
A method, and associated apparatus, for determining cell relationships in a radio communication system, such as a cellular communication system. The cell relationships describe how communications in a cell are disturbed by communications in other cells. The cell relationships are used, for example, in frequency planning procedures and procedures by which to determine neighbor cell lists.
