ABSTRACT:
An information source management system11performs inventory management for CDs and a material information management progress programming system12performs programming. An material information registration system13compresses the musical numbers of the CDs for holding on a proprietary server and a proprietary server121of a multi-channel sending-out system101. A large number of materials are held on the proprietary server121and read out from it. The read-out materials are converted in its format to a transmission format by a sending-out server123so as to be multiplexed by a multiplexer141. The multiplexed data is QPSK-modulated by a modulator142and sent out via a selector143. From the proprietary server121are read out data which is sent out via dedicated network3to a live PC where it is reproduced. This data is furnished again via dedicated network3and encoded by an MPEG encoder129so as to be sent out at the sending-out server123.
