ABSTRACT:
An image processing apparatus which is capable of displaying moving images with more actions for longer period of time. The apparatus is equipped with: an image data ROM6which stores a plurality of static image information and moving image information that includes a plurality of element static image information each of which has less amount of information than that of an static image information; and a graphic device7that reads static and moving image information from the image data ROM6and performs image processing.
