An incremental forming apparatus100holds a workpiece10onto a table110.A spindle is disposed perpendicularly above table110.For incremental forming, an incremental forming tool150is mounted on the spindle, and a form portion20is formed on the workpiece10.When incremental forming is completed, the tool on the spindle is replaced with a straightening tool200,and hot air is blown out from the straightening tool200to anneal the edge lines20aand20bof the form portion20and to eliminate process strain.
