ABSTRACT:
The present invention includes a portable disassembly tool56for removing outer track links36from a track chain assembly12.The disassembly tool56includes a body adapted to engage the track chain assembly and a moveable ram66to engage a pair of track pins46.During extension of the ram66,the body58engages an outer track link36and removes it from the track pins46.Additionally, a “V” block104is provided to engage the track pins46and hold the track chain assembly12together after the outer track links36have been removed.
