ABSTRACT:
A novel compound useful as a precious metal adhesive component is provided which can exhibit high and durable adhesivity with precious metals, such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, and alloys thereof. The compound is a (meth)acrylic ester derivative having a disulfide cyclic group which ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R.sub.2 represents a C1-C14 alkylene group which may have a substituent.
