ABSTRACT:
A coated steel product comprises a metallic strip material which has a coating comprising an electrically insulating layer doped with sodium. The thermal expansion coefficient of said metallic strip material is less than 12×10−6K−1in the temperature range 0-600° C. Said product may be coated with an electrically conducting layer of molybdenum. The coated steel product is useful as a substrate for flexible Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGS) solar cells.
