ABSTRACT:
A metal separator10for a fuel cell is configured such that, after forming through-holes11band12bon a first separator member11and a second separator member12, rising wall sections11cand12care provided so as to be spaced apart from formed sections11aand12afor introducing a gas by a predetermined distance L, the rising wall section11cof the first separator member11is fittingly inserted into the rising wall section12cof the second separator member12for performing a positional alignment therebeween, and then, the rising wall sections11cand12care folded to be caulked, whereby the first separator member11and the second separator member12are bonded to each other. A positional alignment between the first separator member11and the second separator member12become facilitative.
