ABSTRACT:
The novel compound mercaptosuccinyl glycyl-glycyl-glycine (MSG.sub.3) and a stable complex thereof with technetium-99m (Tc-99m) having utility as a renal agent. MSG.sub.3 is made by coupling glycyl-glycyl-glycine with S-acetyl-mercapto succinic anhydride.
