The housing or holder preferably includes a body portion and a closure portion, such as an integral snap-type closure or sliding cover to overly the body portion and the button. The housing can be permanently or demountably fastened to a strap or bracelet, such as through use of a stud and socket structure or by openings in the housing which receive the strap. Alternatively, the strap can be integral with the housing. The strap can also function to help retain the button in the housing.
