ABSTRACT:
A connector used for a plurality (plural kinds) of memory cards is provided in which contacts can easily be assembled and contact leads can rapidly be inspected visually. A housing4is covered with a cover3so that a card holding part42is formed that has a card insertion port41shared by an SD card1and a Memory Stick card2. The SD card1stops at a position near the card insertion port41, while the Memory Stick card2stops at a position distant from the card insertion port41. Cantilever contacts5have first contact points51for contacting with surface contact terminal1A, while first lead parts52extend out from a stopper43. Cantilever contacts6have second contact points61for contacting with surface contact terminal2A, while second lead parts62extend out from the stopper43. A plurality of the first lead parts52and a plurality of the second lead parts62extend out in parallel to each other from the stopper43.
