ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to pyridine-2,4- and -2,5-dicarboxylic acid derivatives of the formula I ##STR1## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, 3.sup.3, R.sup.4 and X have the meanings given, a process for the preparation of these compounds and their use, in particular in medicaments for influencing the metabolism of collagen and collagen-like substances or the biosynthesis of Cl.sub.q.
