ABSTRACT:
A mechanical device for positioning the head of a patient in electromedical apparatuses, which device comprises a chin-rest and a headrest element held by two vertical rods, in which device mechanical means for bringing the same to a position displace of about 15.degree. to the right or to the left with respect to the center of the hemispherical dome of the electromedical apparatus, means for fastening the position of the patient's head, means that allow said fastening means to be adjusted and fastened by acting on one or on the other indifferently of said rods and mechanical means for adjusting the vertical position of the chin-rest are provided.
