ABSTRACT:
My invention is directed to a means and method for positioning a stabilizer on a boat such as a small pleasure boat and a fishing boat. There is a boom on the deck of the fishing boat. The guide on the end of the boom assists in positioning the line and the stabilizer on the end of the line away from the hull of the boat.
