ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to a heat-sealable, shrinkable multilayer polypropylene film which comprises at least one base layer containing a propylene polymer or a propylene polymer mixture and at least one outer layer which comprises a mixture or a blend of two components I and II. The mixture contains copolymers and terpolymers of .alpha.-olefins having 2 to 10 carbon atoms and HDPE. The film has a longitudinal shrinkage of >20 and a transverse shrinkage of >25% at 120.degree. C.
