ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides an improved material dispenser which allows adjusting of the handle portion of the dispenser relative to the material being dispensed, allowing a user to achieve a more-or-less constant planar relationship between the material and the object being wrapped. Further, the present invention provides a means of securing the loose end of the material to the handle of the dispenser.
