ABSTRACT:
In the manufacture of thermoplastic resin particles by polymerization, size classification by screening of polymerized particles at rates from 27 to 69-lbs/hr-ft.sup.2 is improved by the use of solid finely divided phosphates and carbonates in amounts of from 500 to 3000 ppm of such salts provided that this amount is above the breakdown point in classification of the particles for such rates of screening.
