A roller supported scoop shovel is pivotally mounted on a forward portion of a wheeled mobile frame having generally upright handle means. The frame is adapted to be rocked to facilitate operation of the shovel. All operations of the shovel including material scooping, lifting, pushing and dumping are adapted to be effected by a person remaining substantially erect. The device is readily collapsible for storage.
