ABSTRACT:
A product, Malignin, derived from brain tumor cells, which cells may be cultured in a suitable nutrient medium for many generations, and the method of preparing same. Malignin may be complexed with an inert carrier, such as bromoacetylcellulose, and employed in tests for brain tumors. The antibody to Malignin is also prepared. A complex of Malignin and an inert carrier may be further complexed with Anti-Malignin.
