The present invention concerns a male incontinence guard10. The guard is divided by a transverse dividing line25into a front region18with a front transverse edge20and a rear region22with a rear transverse edge24. The guard10tapers towards the rear transverse edge24. The garment-facing surface26of the guard10comprises a first28and a second30strand of adhesive means. The location and dimensions of the first28and second30strand of adhesive means provides improved fastening of the guard10to the underwear of the wearer.
