ABSTRACT:
An audio signal recorded on a single track of a magnetic disk and a plurality of corresponding or associated video signals recorded on successive coaxial tracks are reproduced by determining the playback time of the audio signal, and dividing it by the number of video signals. In this manner the video signals are successively reproduced for equal time periods, to thus "synchronize" their display with the continuous, protracted playback of the audio signal.
