ABSTRACT:
A polyurethane magnet wire comprising a conductor having provided thereon a polyurethane insulation coating, wherein the total amount of the phenolic compounds contained in organic compounds which evaporate from said coating by heating at 280.degree. C. for 2 minutes is 0.2 wt% or less based on the weight of the coating and the total amount of the organic compounds is 2 wt% or less based on the weight of the coating; and an electric relay comprising such a wire.
