ABSTRACT:
A method for preparing a lytic enzyme comprising growing Actimomyces recifensis var. lyticus 2435 in a nutrient medium, containing sources of nitrogen, carbon and mineral salts at a temperature of 25.degree.-28.degree.C. for 3-5 days, separating Actinomyces recifensis var. lyticus 2435 from the culture medium and then isolating the lytic enzyme from the culture medium.
